It is also now have over a month and I still do not receive the product! It qualifies for free shipping, but I needed before, so I paid Amazon $ $ extra for expedited shipping has never received. I demanded a refund and Amazon sent return postage day, but I have no product to install them? This is very bad service on behalf of Amazon. I do not think I will ever buy from them again! I give the disc an A + when it only be used as a Frisbee.Doch as software goes, this thing is crap. I was able to install the prog worked, which for over a month or so and then quit after a certain update patch I downloaded. The system does not work, mixed up my computer’s settings, and I could trash this deinstallieren.Ich found a way to get rid of it though. Uninstall the patch to uninstall the program, then download a FREE program and awesome [. . . ]. Who knows, could be better than expensive? Show Corel – bad! Please, all you will be wasting your money on this shit. Either save up for a good program from Adobe, or get great gifts, not blocked by the (computer) system. Rating: 1 / 5

Can not wait to get this product, Corel Paint Shop Pro X2, could not wait to unpack the complex box. Can not wait to download and begin to related to this product. Wait, it does not let me download. I require a special serial number. The large manual 279 pages is beyond the special maneuvers and makes it sound so simple, but no mention of serial numbers, where they are, what they are, how to find them. On-line support was completely useless is what will happen if I ever do this download and have a serious problem? Nothing annoys a consumer more than unpleasant surprises! Rating: 1 / 5
